As a courtesy our Photojournalist Team may have captured your photo during an event. However to receive any photos it's a $20.00 flat administrator cost. Please send your picture number (S) with the name of the event, location of the event and date of the event.

All Photojournalist are working on behalf of the radio station with our clients only.

They unable to send out individual photos. Please do not contact them directly to receive a copy.

We strongly suggest that you capture your own image using a cell phone.

How Do I Get My Picture

1) If you have a picture number pay a flat administrator fee $20.00.

2) Email Desiree@DowntownHottRadio.com your receipt/proof of payment and picture number. Please provide an email address where the picture should be sent.

What If I Don't Have A Picture Number

Then we can not guaranteed that we have taken your photo.

Can You Check If You Have A Photo Of Me

Yes you will have to pay a $20.00 administrator fee for us to check. Please send a picture of you from the event with the same outfit on at the event. If we have any pictures of you we will send all of the pictures via email. Please provide an email address to send any pictures.
